Role involving all aspects of support and implementation of IT systems, but focusing on Networking and general IT systems. Ranging from providing technical advice and problem solving in a helpdesk environment to installation and configuration of new systems at customer sites. Successful applicant should have 2 year technical experience.
Essential Skills Required
- Microsoft Applications, such as Small Business Server .
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Full Driving License
- Knowledge of Accounting Systems such as Sage Line 50/Pegasus Opera would be an advantage.
